Drive to Excellent Hunting and Fishing

Enjoy the beautiful scenery, and leisurely drive to Kingfisher Lodge.  Unlike fly-in trips, you can plan your trip with full confidence of arriving and departing on time, with no holdups.  You can bring all your favorite gear, and as much clothing and luggage as you can carry...and not have to worry about weight restrictions and overloading.  Spend seven days hunting and fishing from the lodge on 65 miles of unspoiled wilderness on mighty Ottawa River. Bring your ATV or ask about a Rental.

Come hunt and fish with us in "Mountain River Country:
Truly a Sportsman's Paradise!"

Bounded by the splendor of the Laurentian Mountains along the Ottawa River to the North and the wilderness of Algonquin Provincial Park to the South.

Highway access via Hwy. 17, approximately 60 miles East of North Bay or 160 miles West of Ottawa .  Border Crossings:  4 hours from the Thousand Islands, 6 hours from Niagara Falls (from Harrisburg 10 1/2 hours driving time...)

P.S.  Pack a fishing rod, and try for fresh Walleye fillets, or go after the spirited Northern Pike!!  Don't forget your camera.

If flying up would be more convenient for you, we can make arrangements for a car rental, or we can pick you up at the airport ($75.00/person return).  You have the choice of two airports, Pembroke Airport or North Bay Airport.  Both are approximately the same distance from the lodge (70 miles).  We recommend the North Bay Airport.
We invite you on a hunt that will provide memories for a lifetime, "a unique outdoor adventure."
